   Create a circuit board effect:

   1. Duplicate the original picture on a new layer.

   2. Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic (Use size 16)

   3. FIlter > Stylize > Find Edges

   4. Filter > Noise > Median (Use size 2)

   5. Filter > Other > Minimum (Use size 4)

   6. Image > Adjustments > Invert

   7. Layer > Duplicate

   8. Change the blending mode of the new layer to Screen.

   9. Filter > Stylize > Find Edges

   10. Image > Adjustments > Invert

   11. Reduce opacity of new layer to 25%

   12. Duplicate the original picture and move the new layer to the top.

   13. Change the blending mode of the new layer to screen.

   14. Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic (Use size 16)

   15. Filter > Noise > Median (Use size 8)

   16. Filter > Stylize > Find edges

   17. Images > Adjustments > Invert

   18. Layer > New Adjustments Layer > Hue / Saturation

        Colorize : Check

        Hue : 100%

        Saturation : 100%

        Lightness : 0%
